2009-01-06 Chicken Soup

Ingredients:
- Chicken thigh
- Mix vegetables and cut potatoes
- Sliced Onions
- Chicken bouillon
- Egg

Directions:
1.) Boil chicken until it’s soft (you can add salt to add flavor)
2.) Add cut potatoes and wait for 5-10 minutes until the potato is rather soft. Add mix vegetables, sliced onions, and chicken bouillon.
3.) Wait for about 1 minutes, and add egg(s). Wait for another 1-2 minutes, and then stir the soup so that the egg will mix up.
4.) Add addition salt and pepper if needed and Let it boil for another 5 minutes.
5.) Serve with fried onions, sweet soy sauce and hot sauce.
