iPhone OS 3.0 Preview Event

Today will be so exciting as I am waiting for Apple’s iPhone OS 3.0 preview. It will be held in Apple HQ today, March 17th, at 10:00AM PST. If you are not in Pacific timezone, here’s a helpful cheat sheet:

07:00AM - Hawaii

So what are the rumors? so far, these are some features that Apple might add to iPhone in OS 3.0:

• MMS
• Copy & Paste
• Background processing and email push
• Horizontal keyboard

Personally, if I were to have an iPhone, I would like to have these features, in addition to those mentioned above:

• Video recording
• Tethering capability (either using bluetooth or wireless)
• Cameras on both side for video conference

Well…I can only dream about using those functionalities on iPhone because I don’t even have an iPhone yet. I’m actually still strugling whether I am getting iPhone or not, but I think I will get an iPhone later next month probably, when I am eligible for upgrade discount.
