Tonight, we were invited again to Aunty Suansee’s place to have a dinner. At first, I don’t even know why did they invite us? Usually she invited us when we are celebrating something (graduation, birthday, hollidays, etc.), and as far as I know, there is nothing to celebrate today. Apparently, Aunty Suansee met an Asian couple in Viethoa food market, and found out that they are from Singapore (close to Malaysia where they were from), so she just want to have fellowship with us and them (the Asian couple brought also their friends) by inviting us all together. They are actually from the Air Base near Pensacola. They were from Singapore and now they are serving in Singapore’s Air Force where they are assigned to be trained here in US.
As usual, the food are superb and we had a great time together. Unfortunately, I can’t remember all their names, and I know I will not remember all of their names, not even if I tried; so I asked their Facebook emails and names instead, and added them as my friends. LOL…. what a great idea, isn’t it?
It was funny because we were talking three different languages there: English, Mandarin, and Indonesia. I really felt the “multi-culture” atmosphere there. It’s fine though, we do live in a diverse world anyway, so we just need to get used to it. Anyway, nice to know you guys, hopefully we can meet again sometime 🙂
Yes! It was really a fun dinner and to get to know so many new friends, rememe to invite me along whenever there is any celebration or birthdays haha I love good food 😉

Hi Maria! You are right, we really know how to "Makan." (= food in Indonesian language) We really had a great time with those Singaporeans there.
